are a small,
home-based
company located
in beautiful

Columbia,
Canada.
We love animals and have a special place our
hearts for small dogs. Because of our love for dogs, you'll find many of our
items are for small doggies or owners of small breed dogs.
Payment
policy
We are happy to
take paypal,
international
money orders and
personal checks.
Please note all
payments need to
clear before we
can ship.
We process your
order within 24
hours of
payment. Please
allow up to 12 -
14 working days
(Mon - Fri) for
your package to
arrive. In most
cases, it does
not take this
long and we do
our best to
expedite each
order.
You are the
customer and
without you
BMG’s would not
be in business.
If you are not
totally
satisfied with
your purchase
you can
email us for
return
authorization.
You have 7 days
to request
return
authorization,
and 7 days from
receipt of
return
authorization to
send the item
back.
If
damaged, please
explain when
requesting
return
authorization.
If purchase has
tags or special
packaging, these
will need to be
returned in
original form.
Buyer pays for
return shipping.
A refund or
replacement will
become effective
after BMG’s
receives the
returned item.
